practice.
Please ask the receptionist for a
suggestion form which is then
forwarded to the Practice Manager
for consideration at the next
practice meeting.
If you wish to make a complaint
about any aspect of our service
please ask the receptionist to give
you details of our Practice
Complaints Procedure. You may
alternatively write or speak to the
Practice Manager. In the majority of
cases, concerns can be resolved
quite easily. However, if you feel
we have not dealt with the issues
you have raised as you would wish,
the PCT operates a Patient
Advice and Liaison Service (PALS).
The PALS can often help resolve
problems and to speak to an officer,
ring 0800 328 5640.
