REPEAT
PRESCRIPTIONS
These are for
medicines that you take regularly.
If possible,
please request 'on-line' or fax your
prescription to the appropriate
surgery. Alternatively, use the
repeat prescription slip provided to
re-order, which can be placed in the
repeat prescription box at the
surgery, or posted to us. The Practice
does not take repeat
prescription requests over the
telephone.

Please order your repeat medicines
well before you run out and allow
two working days for your repeat
prescription to be processed in Long
Crendon and Brill, and one working
day in Thame.
It would help us
if you can collect repeat
prescriptions after 11.00am.
If you run out of medication when we
are closed then you can obtain a
small emergency supply by either
taking your existing drugs to a
pharmacy or by contacting Harmoni.

ACCESS
DISPENSING OF
MEDICINES
Long Crendon and
Brill surgeries provide a dispensing
service, which means that your
medication will be prepared for you
in the surgery. If you are
prescribed medication when you see
your doctor, this will be prepared
for you to take away. In Thame you
will be given a prescription, which
you can take to a pharmacy for
preparation.
