REPEAT
PRESCRIPTIONS
These are for
medicines that you take regularly.
If possible,
please use the repeat prescription
slip provided to re-order, which can
be handed in or posted to the
surgeries, or order on-line. With
effect from 2nd July 07 the Practice
will cease to take repeat
prescription requests over the
telephone.

Please order your repeat medicines
well before you run out and allow
two working days for your repeat
prescription to be processed in Long
Crendon and Brill, and one working
day in Thame. Please do not collect
repeat prescriptions before 11.00am.

ACCESS
DISPENSING OF
MEDICINES
Long Crendon and
Brill surgeries provide a dispensing
service, which means that your
medication will be prepared for you
in the surgery. If you are
prescribed medication when you see
your doctor, this will be prepared
for you to take away.
In Thame you will be given a
prescription, which you can take to
a chemist to prepare your
medication.
