Practice Manager

  • Nick Beevers

Our practice manager, Mr Nick Beevers, is available to help you with any administrative or non-medical aspects of the practice. He is also available to discuss any comments or suggestions that you may have. You can write to him at our Long Crendon Surgery or telephone him on 01844 208228.

reception & Dispensing staff

Our receptionists have extensive knowledge of the facilities and services in the practice. If you are unsure of anything, please ask and if you wish to speak in private, please say so. Our dispensers, at Long Crendon and Brill, prepare your medication and are available for related enquiries.

PRACTICE NURSES & HEALTH CARE ASSISTANTS

Practice nurses and health care assistants are available for consultation at all three surgeries. They provide a number of services including general nursing care and health advice. They also run clinics to help with the management of chronic illness, such as asthma and diabetes. Appointments should be made through the receptionist.

community team

We work closely with all members of the community team.

The District Nurses (01844 215618/212881) care for patients in their own homes and provide a wide range of services.

The Health Visitors (01844 212353) give expert advice and support particularly for children and families.

The Midwives provide maternity services in each surgery, with medical input from the doctors where needed.

Appointments can be made via reception.
