Our dispensers, at Long Crendon and
Brill, prepare your medication and
are available for related enquiries.
PRACTICE NURSES & HEALTH CARE
ASSISTANTS
Practice nurses and health care
assistants are available for
consultation at all three surgeries.
They provide a number of services
including general nursing care and
health advice. They also run clinics
to help with the management of chronic
illness,
such as asthma and diabetes. Appointments should be
made through the receptionist.
community team
We work closely with all members
of the community team.
The District Nurses (01844 215618/212881)
care for patients in their own homes
and provide a wide range of
services.
The Health Visitors (01844
212353) give expert advice and
support particularly for children
and families.
The Midwives provide
maternity services in each surgery,
with medical input from the doctors
where needed.

reception.
