The out of hour’s service is provided by Buck Urgent Care (BUC) between 8:00 – 8:30am and between 6:00 – 6:30pm Monday to Friday and provides urgent medical care outside of our normal surgery opening times and between these times.

You may be offered advice over the telephone or asked to attend a surgery base.

Please note that all telephone calls to Bucks Urgent Care are routinely recorded.

If you need urgent medical assistance outside of these times between 6:30pm and 8:00am or at the weekend that cannot wait until the surgery re-opens, please call 1-1-1. Calls to the NHS 111 service are free from both landlines and mobiles.
